Rose Kamaboko
- 3 cm white kamaboko
- 3 cm red kamaboko
- 6 boiled asparagus pieces
Rabbit Kamaboko
- 2 cm red kamaboko
- Black sesame seeds, as needed
- Ketchup, as needed
Peacock Kamaboko
- 3 cm red kamaboko
步驟
Cut the white kamaboko into 1 cm thick slices and make a slit in the center.
Slice the red kamaboko thinly into 6 pieces.
Insert the red kamaboko slices into the slit of the white kamaboko and decorate with boiled asparagus on both ends.
Cut the red kamaboko into 1 cm wide slices. Make a slit halfway through the pink part and fold it vertically.
Use ketchup and black sesame seeds to create the rabbit's eyes and cheeks.
Cut the red kamaboko into 1.5 cm wide slices.
Make 2 mm wide slits in the red kamaboko, leaving the base intact. Fold the slices in the same direction to create a peacock shape.
