- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade tuna
Vegetables
- 🌱 3 pieces okra
- 🍃 3 shiso leaves
Seaweed
- 100g mozuku (with vinegar dressing)
Condiments
- 2 tsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)

Cut the tuna into 2cm cubes. Finely slice the shiso leaves.

Trim the okra stems. Rub with salt and roll on a cutting board, then rinse with water and pat dry.

Place the okra in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Cool in water, pat dry, and slice into 5mm pieces.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
