- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade katsuo
Vegetables
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 30ml water
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
步驟

Cut the katsuo into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, combine all the seasonings (☆) and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Add the katsuo to the pot, cover with a lid, and simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes.

Remove the lid and simmer until the liquid reduces. Add chopped green onion and mix well.
