- 🍚 100g cooked rice

- 40g kimchi
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, small amount

- 🧀 1 slice melting cheese
- 🥛 150ml milk
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Small amount of toasted sesame seeds
步驟
Preheat the soup jar by filling it with hot water up to 1cm below the inner line.
Place kimchi in a microwave-safe container and cut into bite-sized pieces using kitchen scissors. Add rice, salt, milk, and sesame oil, then mix gently. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Discard the water from the soup jar. Add the microwaved mixture, tearing the melting cheese into pieces and placing it on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onion. Close the lid and let it sit for 60–90 minutes to keep warm.
