Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide pieces.

Thinly slice the cabbage leaves.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork belly and stir-fry until the color changes. Add kimchi and stir-fry for another minute.

Add cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Add soy sauce and mix well. Remove from the pan.

Heat salad oil in the pan, pour in beaten eggs, and stir gently to spread thinly. Place pizza cheese in the center and let it melt halfway, then add the stir-fried mixture and fold the egg over.

Serve on a plate, drizzle with okonomiyaki sauce, and sprinkle aonori on top.
