- 🥬 1 cup chopped kimchi
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice

- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🥄 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/3 tbsp doenjang (fermented soybean paste)
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
步驟
Chop 1 cup of kimchi into small pieces. Ensure the kimchi is slightly fermented for best flavor.
Mix the chopped kimchi with all the seasonings. Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and spread the mixture evenly. Cover the pan and let it cook for 1 minute.
Check the mixture for a thick consistency with minimal moisture. If needed, cook for an additional minute. Once ready, add 2 cups of cooked rice and stir-fry until evenly mixed.
Spread the rice evenly in the pan, cover, and cook on high heat for 20-30 seconds.
