Main Ingredients
- 1 bag (200g) konjac noodles
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g), julienned
Oil and Spices
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sliced red chili
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Boil the konjac noodles briefly to remove odor, then drain and dry-roast in a pan until moisture evaporates.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté the julienned carrot and konjac noodles for 2–3 minutes.
Add sliced red chili and stir briefly to release its aroma.
Mix sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl, then pour into the pan. Stir well to coat the ingredients evenly.
Serve warm as a side dish with rice or other main dishes.
