- 30g kiriboshi daikon
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
Protein
- 🍗 2 chicken tenders
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
步驟
Julienne the cucumber. Remove the tendons from the chicken tenders, make small cuts, wrap in plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Boil kiriboshi daikon in water for about 5 minutes until your desired texture is achieved. Drain and rinse under cold water, then squeeze out excess moisture.
In a bowl, mix the ★ ingredients (gochujang, mayonnaise, and sesame). Add the kiriboshi daikon, cucumber, and chicken, then toss everything together.
