- 20g dried daikon radish
- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g), julienned
- 🥛 100g unsweetened yogurt
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Cucumber Preparation

Wash and squeeze dried daikon radish in a bowl of water. Place it in a plastic bag with yogurt, massage, remove air, and seal. Refrigerate for half a day.

Julienne the cucumber. Massage with salt in a bowl, let sit for 5 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.

Add tuna, cucumber, and salt to the daikon bag. Massage and mix well.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
