- 🥛 300g unsweetened yogurt
- 🧀 50g cream cheese

步驟
Peel the kiwi. Mash half into a paste and cut the rest into bite-sized pieces.
Place the yogurt in a microwave-safe container and heat at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Strain the yogurt using a sieve lined with kitchen paper for 20 minutes to remove excess water.
In a bowl, mix the mashed kiwi, strained yogurt, cream cheese, and 1 tbsp of honey until smooth.
Serve the mixture in a dish, top with the remaining kiwi pieces, and drizzle with the remaining honey.
