- 9 pieces fish cake
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 green chili
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- A pinch of black pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp potato starch
步驟
Slice garlic into thin pieces.
Julienne the onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper.
Slice green chili diagonally into long pieces.
Cut fish cake into bite-sized diagonal pieces.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion.
Add bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Add fish cake and green chili to the pan and stir-fry.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry quickly.
