- 2 stalks komatsuna

- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Cut off the roots of the komatsuna and slice into 3cm pieces.

Add clams, sake, soy sauce, and water to a pot. Cover and bring to a boil. Shake the pot gently until the clams open, then add the komatsuna and simmer for 2–3 minutes over medium heat until softened.

Drizzle sesame oil over the soup and serve in bowls.
