- 🍗 200g ground chicken breast
Vegetables
- 200g komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
Thickener
- 1 tsp potato starch
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1 tsp curry powder

Cut off the roots of the komatsuna and slice into 1cm widths.

Mix the mentsuyu and curry powder in a bowl.

In a frying pan, mix salad oil, ground chicken, and potato starch until combined. Heat over medium heat and stir-fry until the chicken changes color.

Add the komatsuna to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Add the mixed seasonings and cook until the liquid is absorbed.
