- 100g komatsuna (1/2 bunch)
- 1 tbsp dried hijiki
- 🌽 2 tbsp canned corn
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds

Soak dried hijiki in a bowl of water according to package instructions. Drain well.

Cut the root off the komatsuna and slice into 4cm pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Cool under running water and squeeze out excess moisture.

Combine hijiki, komatsuna, canned corn, and seasonings (mayonnaise, mentsuyu, sesame seeds) in a bowl. Mix well.
