Pastry
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (20x20cm)
Vegetables
- 1 bunch komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach)
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Seafood
- 5 tbsp sakura shrimp
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥛 100cc heavy cream
- 🧀 50g shredded pizza cheese
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
步驟
Cut the komatsuna into 3cm pieces. Thinly slice the onion.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, heavy cream, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and sakura shrimp, sauté until softened. Add the komatsuna and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool.
Combine the sautéed mixture with the egg mixture and stir well.
Roll out the frozen puff pastry thinly and press it into a 15cm round baking dish. Trim excess pastry, prick the base with a fork, and pour in the filling. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20–30 minutes.
