Main Ingredients
- 20g short-type vermicelli
- 100g chopped komatsuna
- 1/2 tbsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water
步驟

Wash the komatsuna thoroughly and cut into 3cm pieces.

Heat a pot over medium heat and add all the seasonings (☆). Bring to a boil.

Add the komatsuna, wakame, and vermicelli to the boiling broth. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
