Meat
- 🥓 700g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 150g shredded green onion
- 🌱 200g bean sprouts
- A handful of perilla leaves
- 2 chopped green chili peppers
- 🧅 1/2 sliced onion
Sauces & Seasonings
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
步驟
Mix gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, plum extract, sugar, mirin, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and black pepper to create the sauce.
Slice perilla leaves, onion, and chili peppers.
Rinse shredded green onion and remove excess water.
Wash and trim bean sprouts.
Layer bean sprouts in a serving dish.
Add sliced onion on top of the bean sprouts.
Place perilla leaves and chili peppers on top of the onion.
Add thinly sliced pork belly on top of the vegetables.
Top the pork belly with shredded green onion.
Drizzle 2 tbsp of the prepared sauce over the dish. Adjust the amount based on taste.
