- 1 pack bean sprouts
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp miso
- A pinch of chili paste
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
步驟
Wash the konjac under running water and boil for 3 minutes to remove bitterness, then drain.
Mix sugar, sake, mirin, miso, and chili paste in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the konjac.
Add bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry until they soften.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and mix well, allowing it to simmer and thicken.
Drizzle soy sauce over the dish and mix thoroughly before serving.
