Main Ingredients
- 150g konjac, pre-treated
- 100g sliced beef
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Green Onion Batter
- 10 stalks green onion, chopped
- 50g all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tbsp noodle sauce
- 1-2 tbsp water
步驟
Cut konjac into 5mm cubes and chop green onions.
Heat a frying pan and sauté konjac over medium heat until lightly browned and moisture evaporates.
Push konjac aside, add half the salad oil, and sauté beef over medium heat for 3 minutes until browned. Add seasoning ingredients and cook until liquid reduces.
Mix green onion batter ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Heat remaining salad oil in the pan, pour 2/3 of the batter, and shape into a circle. Once edges set, add beef and konjac mixture, pour remaining batter, flip, and cook covered for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
