- 1/2 block konjac
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger

Slice the onion into 5mm slices. Tear the konjac into bite-sized pieces, boil for 1 minute, and drain.

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add the onion and stir-fry until softened. Add konjac, sake, sugar, mirin, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens.

Let the dish cool to allow the flavors to meld together before serving.
