- 250g konjac, sliced
- 1 handful bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 4 sheets seasoned seaweed, chopped
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Pinch of sesame seeds

Slice the konjac and blanch it in boiling water with 3 drops of vinegar, then rinse under cold water.

Boil the bean sprouts, rinse under cold water, and squeeze out excess moisture.

In a mixing bowl, combine sliced konjac, bean sprouts, salt, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and chopped seasoned seaweed. Mix well using chopsticks.
