- 1/2 sheet konjac
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp kombu tea powder
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds

Cut konjac into thin strips. Boil konjac in a pot of water for 2 minutes, then drain. Julienne the carrot.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add carrot and stir-fry until softened. Add konjac and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Add the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, sake, sugar, kombu tea, curry powder, and sesame seeds) and stir-fry until well combined.
