Main Ingredients
- 1 piece konjac
- 15g ginger, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Chili threads, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp miso
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 💧 3 tbsp water

Tear the konjac into bite-sized pieces. Boil it in a pot of water for 2 minutes, then drain.

Thinly slice the ginger.

Heat sesame oil in a pot over low heat. Add the konjac and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add the ginger and all seasonings to the pot. Mix well and simmer until the liquid reduces.

Plate the dish and garnish with chili threads.
