Main Ingredient
- 1 sheet konjac
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Marinade
- 🧅 1/4 onion, grated
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
步驟

Cut the konjac into 7mm slices and score one side in a grid pattern. Grate the onion.

Boil the konjac in a pot with enough water to cover it for about 3 minutes, then drain.

Mix all marinade ingredients (marked with ☆) in a bowl.

Heat oil in a frying pan, cook the konjac on both sides, then add the marinade and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
