Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 bunch chives, cut into 3cm pieces
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Cut the chives into 3cm lengths.

In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the ☆ seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame seeds, sesame oil). Add the pork and mix well.

Add the cabbage to the bowl and mix. Place the chives on top. Cover loosely with plastic wrap.

Microwave at 600W for 6 minutes. Let it sit for 2 minutes before serving.
