- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 1 chili pepper

- 🥛 1 pack soft tofu
Seasoning
- 800ml anchovy stock
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp shrimp paste

Prepare anchovy stock by boiling anchovies and kelp. Remove kelp once boiling and let anchovies simmer for 10 minutes.

Slice zucchini, onion, green onion, and chili pepper into bite-sized pieces.

Add zucchini, onion, minced garlic, and shrimp paste to the stock. Simmer until zucchini turns translucent.

Add soft tofu in large chunks, followed by chili pepper and green onion. Simmer briefly and serve.
