Vegetables
- 🥒 350g zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
Protein
- 🧈 180g tofu, cubed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp shrimp paste
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 💧 600ml water

Slice zucchini into thin half-moons and onion into thin slices. Chop green onion and cube tofu.

Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add zucchini and stir-fry.

Add chili powder and mix well.

Pour in water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add sliced onion.

Season with shrimp paste and simmer on medium-low heat for 15 minutes.

Add tofu and green onion, simmer for an additional 3 minutes.
