Main Ingredients
- 🍗 150g skinless chicken breast
- 🧈 100g firm tofu
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
- 🍞 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Flour as needed
- Vegetable oil as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
Bear Decoration
- 10 mini sausages
- Seaweed as needed
- 🍅 Ketchup as needed
步驟
Boil tofu for 2 minutes, crumble it, and let it cool. Boil mini sausages for 2 minutes.
Finely chop and pound the chicken breast.
Mix beaten egg and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Add chicken, tofu, and seasoning. Mix until sticky and divide into 10 portions.
Shape each portion into an oval using flour on a tray.
Heat 1cm of vegetable oil in a pan to 170°C. Fry nuggets for 5 minutes until golden brown, flipping occasionally.
Decorate nuggets: Cut mini sausages for ears and nose, use seaweed for eyes and mouth, and add ketchup for cheeks.
