Meat
- 600g thinly sliced pork belly
Egg
- 🥚 4 boiled eggs
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Vegetable
- 10cm white negi
Seasoning
- 50cc sake
- 🧂 5 tbsp sugar
- 80cc soy sauce
- 200cc water
- 4 slices ginger
- 1 stalk green negi
步驟
Lay half the pork slices slightly overlapping and roll them from one end. Spread the remaining pork slices, place the rolled pork on top, and roll again. Secure the end with toothpicks.
Heat salad oil in a pot and sear the pork rolls over medium heat until browned on all sides. Wipe off excess fat during cooking.
Add all ☆ ingredients to the pot and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Turn off the heat, flip the pork rolls, add boiled eggs, cover again, and let sit for 15 minutes.
Take some of the cooking liquid and simmer in a pan over medium heat until thickened.
Slice the pork rolls and eggs into serving sizes, plate them, drizzle with the thickened sauce, and garnish with white negi.
