Tofu
- 1 block silken tofu
Vegetables
- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1 green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dashi powder
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 100 ml water

Place the silken tofu on a microwave-safe plate, wrap it in kitchen paper, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.

Slice off the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Slice the green onion diagonally.

Mix all the seasoning ingredients (marked with ☆) in a bowl.

Add the tofu, shiitake mushrooms, and green onion to the bowl. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 7 minutes.

Remove the bowl, stir gently, and microwave again for 2 minutes.
