- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 🥬 6 leaves (480g) Chinese cabbage
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
Sauce
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp steamed juice
Topping
- 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed
步驟
Cut the Chinese cabbage leaves in half lengthwise.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Layer the cabbage alternately with pork on a microwave-safe plate, sprinkle sake, and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 10 minutes until the pork is cooked. Reserve the steaming juice.
Mix the ponzu soy sauce, sesame oil, and reserved steaming juice in a bowl to create the sauce.
Cut the steamed cabbage and pork into serving sizes, drizzle with the sauce, and garnish with chopped green onions.
