- 6 stalks leaf ginger
Meat
- 6 slices pork belly (150g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Trim leaf ginger, leaving about 10cm of the stem, and peel the root lightly.
Season pork slices with salt and pepper, dust with flour, and wrap each around the root of the ginger. Press gently to secure. Prepare 6 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the rolls and cook, turning occasionally, until browned evenly. Add sake, cover, and steam for about 4 minutes.
Push the rolls to one side of the pan, add the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce), and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the rolls.
