Main Ingredients
- 🍗 800g chicken thighs
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 🥬 1 handful of spinach
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 🥛 200ml heavy cream
- 🍋 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chicken stock
- 1 tbsp white wine
步驟
Score the chicken skin and season both sides with salt and pepper. Let it marinate.
Heat a pan and melt butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and chopped onion to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir well.
Add lemon juice, chicken stock, and white wine to the sauce. Stir to combine.
Add chopped spinach to the sauce and let it simmer until thickened.
Heat another pan with oil and cook the marinated chicken thighs skin-side down until golden brown.
Flip the chicken and cook the other side until fully cooked.
Plate the dish by pouring the sauce first and placing the cooked chicken on top.
