Shrimp Preparation
- 🦐 15–18 shrimp
- 1 cup potato starch
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Shrimp Marinade
- 1/2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Sauce
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1.5 tbsp condensed milk
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
步驟
Remove the shell from the shrimp except for the tail, clean the veins using a toothpick, and trim the water jet from the tail using scissors.
Marinate the cleaned shrimp with the marinade ingredients for 10 minutes. Heat oil in a pot to 170°C.
Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel, coat them in potato starch, egg wash, and breadcrumbs, then deep-fry until golden brown.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Serve the fried shrimp with the sauce or toss them in the sauce before serving.
