- 🧈 113g unsalted butter
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 224g all-purpose flour
- 🧂 50g sugar
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
Lemon Filling
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 🧂 200g sugar
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 🥚 6 eggs
- 🍋 235ml lemon juice
- 🥛 120ml heavy cream
步驟
Melt the butter over medium heat and add lemon zest once fully melted.
Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
Mix the flour, sugar, and salt together in a bowl.
Add the dry ingredients to the melted butter mixture.
Grease a tart pan with butter or oil.
Press the crust dough evenly into the tart pan and poke holes with a fork.
Bake the crust in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Prepare the filling by mixing sugar, salt, and lemon zest in a bowl.
Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
Combine the egg mixture with the sugar mixture and lemon juice.
Lightly whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
Fold the whipped cream into the egg mixture.
Pour the filling into the baked tart crust.
Bake the tart in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Let the tart cool on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
