Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head lettuce
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
Protein
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp curry powder

Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Trim the base of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add shimeji mushrooms and sliced beef, cooking until the beef changes color.

Add the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, curry powder) and stir-fry until well combined.

Add the lettuce and stir-fry briefly until just wilted. Serve immediately.
