Main
- 2 slices ham
- 2 leaves lettuce (60g)
- 20g vermicelli
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 400ml water
Garnish
- Pinch of white sesame seeds
步驟

Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Cut vermicelli into manageable lengths using kitchen scissors.

Cut the ham in half, then slice into 5mm strips.

Heat a pot over medium heat and add all seasoning ingredients. Bring to a boil, then add ham and vermicelli. Simmer on low heat for 2–3 minutes until vermicelli softens.

Add lettuce and cook until wilted. Drizzle sesame oil over the soup.

Serve in bowls and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
