- 🥛 80g silken tofu
- 🥬 2 lettuce leaves (60g)
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi granules
- 💧 400ml water

Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Cut tofu into 1.5cm cubes.

Add all seasonings and water to a pot. Heat over medium heat until boiling.
