Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 🥬 4 leaves (120g) lettuce
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g), julienned
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
Seasoning
- 🧴 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
步驟
Place lettuce in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse with water and pat dry. Julienne the carrot and slice the avocado, then drizzle with lemon juice.
In a bowl, mix the tuna with mayonnaise, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper to create the tuna mayo mixture.
Spread a lettuce leaf flat, add 1/4 of the carrot, avocado, and tuna mayo mixture, then wrap tightly. Repeat to make 4 rolls.
