Vegetable
- 🥬 1/2 head lettuce
- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
Meat
- 🐖 250g ground pork
Staple
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Seasoning
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Dipping Sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
步驟
Shred the lettuce and coat it with all-purpose flour.
Finely chop the shiitake mushrooms and onion.
Mix ground pork, shiitake mushrooms, onion, and the seasonings (oyster sauce, salt, pepper, potato starch, sesame oil) in a bowl.
Shape the mixture into balls and wrap shredded lettuce around each ball. Make 16 pieces.
Place the shumai on a heatproof dish lined with parchment paper, add water, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Serve the shumai on a plate and optionally dip in the vinegar-soy sauce mixture.
