Rice
- 🍚 2 cups washed rice
Seafood
- 1 piece pollock roe (50g)
Vegetables
- 100g diced lotus root
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Liquids
- 💧 Water, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
步驟
Dice the lotus root into 1cm cubes and soak in water to remove excess starch. Drain well.
Make a slit in the pollock roe to prepare it for cooking.
Add the washed rice, seasonings (sake, mirin, salt, dashi powder), and water to the rice cooker. Mix well.
Place the pollock roe and diced lotus root on top of the rice mixture and start the rice cooker on a regular cooking cycle.
Once cooked, serve the rice in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
