步驟
Slice the lotus root into thin pieces and soak in water. Drain and set aside. Grate the ginger.
Season the pork slices with salt and pepper, then coat lightly with flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the lotus root and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add grated ginger and the seasoning mix (soy sauce, mirin, sake). Stir-fry for about 1 minute to combine flavors.
