Main Ingredients
- 🌭 2 sausages (40g)
- 70g lotus root
- 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥛 200ml milk
Seasonings
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 💧 200ml water
- A pinch of black pepper
步驟
Cut the lotus root in half lengthwise, then slice into 5mm thick pieces. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the sausages diagonally into three pieces each.
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat. Add lotus root, shimeji mushrooms, and sausages, and sauté until coated with the butter.
Add the consomme, salt, and water. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 5–7 minutes until the lotus root is tender.
Add milk and heat over medium heat until warmed through.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with black pepper.
