- 🍗 125g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 100g lotus root
- 🥕 50g carrot
- 1 piece ginger, minced
Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 💧 400ml water
- Pinch of pepper
步驟

Cut the lotus root into half-moon slices and soak in water. Cut the carrot into bite-sized pieces. Mince the ginger.

Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.

Heat salad oil and ginger in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add chicken and cook over medium heat until browned.

Add lotus root and carrot, stir to coat with oil. Add seasonings and water, mix lightly. Cover and simmer over low heat for 8 minutes until vegetables are tender.
