In a bowl, mix the filling ingredients and grated lotus root until sticky, then add the chopped lotus root and mix well.

Place the filling onto a dumpling wrapper and pinch three points to form a triangle shape.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, arrange the dumplings, and cook on high heat until browned. Add water, cover, and steam for 5 minutes on medium heat.
