- 15 green beans (about 100g)
- 1/2 spring onion, minced
- 1 clove ginger, minced

- 50g harusame noodles
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning Mix
- 💧 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
步驟
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté minced ginger and spring onion until fragrant.
Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
Add green beans and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (water, sake, soy sauce, chicken stock powder) and pour into the pan.
Add harusame noodles directly into the pan and cook until they absorb the liquid and soften.
Season with doubanjiang and a pinch of salt, adjusting to taste.
Serve hot and enjoy with steamed rice.
