- 🍅 2 tomatoes
- 3 stalks chopped green onion
Noodles
- 50g glass noodles
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp miso
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 150ml water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Thickening Agent
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp water
步驟
Cut the tomatoes: Remove the stems, cut them into quarters, and then into smaller pieces. Mix the seasoning ingredients and the cornstarch slurry separately.
Cook the ground pork: Heat sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and doubanjiang in a pan over high heat until fragrant. Add ground pork and stir-fry until crumbly.
Add tomatoes and glass noodles: Add tomatoes and the mixed seasoning to the pan. Bring to a boil, then add washed glass noodles. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
Thicken the sauce: Mash the tomatoes roughly, mix the cornstarch slurry again, and add it to the pan. Stir well to thicken the sauce. Serve and garnish with chopped green onions.
