Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Fish
- 🐟 100g canned mackerel (water-packed)
Vegetables
- 4 bell peppers (120g), sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
Sauce
- 💧 240ml water
- 2 tbsp mackerel can juice
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
- 1 tbsp olive oil
步驟
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, and slice thinly.
Separate the mackerel from its can juice and roughly flake the fish.
In a microwave-safe container, combine mackerel, sauce ingredients, and mix lightly. Break spaghetti in half and add to the mixture. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute longer than the package instructions.
Remove from microwave, stir, add bell peppers, and microwave uncovered at 600W for 2 minutes 30 seconds to evaporate excess liquid.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
