- 🐟 2 fillets mackerel
- 🥬 1 stalk celery
- 🥬 2 leaves cabbage
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasoning & Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Broth Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🍅 200 ml tomato juice
- 💧 100 ml water
- Pinch of pepper
步驟
Sprinkle salt on the mackerel fillets and let them sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry with a paper towel. Cut celery and cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Add the mackerel and garlic, and sauté until the fish changes color.
Add celery and cabbage to the pan and sauté until softened. Add the broth ingredients (sake, salt, consomme, tomato juice, water, and pepper). Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
