Main Ingredients
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 pack (100g) maitake mushrooms
- 1 tbsp powdered cheese
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp consommé
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 💧 400cc water
- A pinch of pepper

Tear the maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.

Crack the egg into a bowl, add powdered cheese, and mix to create the egg mixture.

Add the seasonings (☆) into a pot and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add maitake mushrooms and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes until cooked.

Increase heat to medium, bring to a boil, and slowly pour in the egg mixture. Once the egg sets, turn off the heat.
